A clean and well-balanced dial, featuring the classic minute scale and small seconds at 6 o’clock: reference IWC 325 laid the foundations of the Portugieser design back in the late 1930s—a legacy carried through the collection to this day. This timelessly modern design now returns in a new automatic model with a compact 40 mm case. The Portugieser Automatic 40 is powered by the IWC-manufactured 82200 calibre, a high-quality automatic movement equipped with the virtually wear-free Pellaton winding system, incorporating ceramic components. It offers a 60-hour power reserve. This version features a stainless steel case, a silver dial with blue hands and appliqués, and comes on a blue alligator leather strap with a newly designed butterfly clasp for enhanced comfort.
