Do you always have the watches listed on your website in stock? And specifically those in your selection?

No, the watches displayed on the website are not necessarily in our inventory, and this also applies to those in our selection. It is, in fact, not possible to stock the entire range of a given brand in-store due to the breadth of the collections. However, we strive to have a representative assortment of what we offer online in order to best meet our customers’ expectations.

Do you offer the full range of straps available for each watch model from the brands you represent?

No, we do not have all the straps available for every model from the brands we represent in stock. However, we do have a significant and varied assortment, and we can also order specific ones upon request.

How does a battery change work at Hall of Time or in-store?

It depends on the model of your timepiece. As an official Rolex retailer, we have our own authorized workshop that allows us to replace the battery of your Rolex within a relatively short time frame. For models from other brands, we work in partnership with their workshops for maintenance and repair services due to their technical specifications and requirements. As a result, the battery replacement process may take longer on average.

Do you repair all watch brands in your workshop?

As an official Rolex retailer, we have our own authorized workshop specializing in the maintenance and repair of Rolex watches. For models from other brands, we conduct an initial inspection in-store to assess their general condition. Based on this assessment, we then direct these watches to the specialized workshops of the relevant brands. This process is carried out with the utmost care and professionalism, in close collaboration with the workshops of the different brands, ensuring the quality and reliability of the service provided.

Do you also manufacture watches in your workshop?

Our workshop primarily focuses on the repair and maintenance of Rolex watches. Therefore, we do not manufacture new models ourselves.

How can I verify the authenticity of the watches sold?

Each watch sold in our store comes with an official warranty and a certificate guaranteeing its authenticity. All the models we sell are directly supplied by the brands.
