Description
The Portofino Hand-Wound Eight Days, housing the manufacture movement caliber 59210, proudly ensures the watch’s running for 192 hours, or eight days, with precision and reliability before stopping automatically. In fact, it lasts up to nine days. The extra day’s reserve ensures that the power reserve remains as consistent as possible throughout the eight days, ensuring great accuracy during the entire running period. By winding the watch once a week, the owner is assured of optimal timekeeping. The remaining time before the movement stops is displayed on the power reserve indicator on the dial. With the small seconds and date, the dial offers a harmonious design. The balance wheel without a hairspring oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensuring a high degree of precision, just like the Breguet balance spring with a terminal curve, stemming from the old horological tradition. The watch is available in a fine steel case with a black dial and rhodium-plated indexes. It features a transparent sapphire crystal case back and is worn on the wrist with a dark brown alligator leather strap by Santoni.
