A symbolic color, a pioneering ceramic
IWC Schaffhausen reveals a bold new edition of its Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar (ref. IW389409), featuring an all-new Light Blue ceramic case. This unique shade, developed in partnership with Pantone®, is inspired by the blue T-shirts worn by Navy instructors at Naval Air Station Miramar in California — the historical birthplace of the TOPGUN program.
Limited to 1,000 pieces per year, this version stands out with a 41.9 mm Light Blue ceramic case, a tone-on-tone dial, and a Light Blue rubber strap with textile inlay. The beige indices and Super-LumiNova®-coated hands provide a striking contrast.

Technical performance meets standout design
Inside beats the IWC-manufactured Calibre 69380, an automatic chronograph movement with a column-wheel mechanism, day and date display, 4 Hz frequency (28,800 vph), and 46-hour power reserve. The watch also features a soft-iron inner case for magnetic protection, and a titanium case back engraved with the TOP GUN logo.
With this release, IWC continues to expand its colorful ceramic offerings within the TOP GUN collection, which already includes Lake Tahoe (white), Woodland (green), Mojave Desert (sand), and Oceana (navy blue). Each tone reflects a specific operational environment of the U.S. Navy aviation units.
The Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar perfectly combines cutting-edge watchmaking, military heritage, and a modern design sensibility. A daring watch with uncompromising performance.
